Under the Corporations Amendment Act 2022, Members may elect how they receive legislative required documents such as the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Members who do not elect a method of communication will receive information in line with the Club’s processes, and based on the contact details we hold.
You can elect your preferred method of communication by submitting written correspondence to the Membership Manager via info@saintsrl.com.au or post care of Cnr Forrester and Boronia Roads, St Marys NSW 2760. Alternatively, you can phone (02) 9677 7777.
Please note that if we receive your elected communication type less than 30 days before a document is required to be sent, whilst every effort will be made to accomodate your request, it is not guaranteed.
